Goals
CAS is a humanitarian organisation without any political and government affiliation ( Non-governmental organization - NGO )that will provide assistance to the Somali people in Somalia - particularly in Puntland State of Somalia - without discrimination as to their ethnic origin, religious beliefs, class, or political opinions.
Mission
CAS’s mission is to improve the lives of vulnerable people by mobilising the power of humanity. Vulnerability people are those who are at greatest risk from situations that threaten their survival, or their capacity to live with an acceptable level of social and security and human dignity. Often, these victims of natural disasters, poverty brought about by socio-economic crises, refugees, and victims of health emergencies.
Focus
CAS is in deep belief to carry out relief operations to assist victims as disasters, and combines this with development work to strengthen their capacity to live normal live. The organisation’s work focuses on four core areas: promoting humanitarian values, disaster response, disaster preparedness, and health and community care.
